A Barbeque Party in the winters is incomplete without some delicious kababs to kick start with and there would be no better option than some hot, grilled or roasted seekh kebabs.                                                                                                    These Chicken Seekh Kebabs are carefully made with selected chicken mince with a combination of delicious spices and then grilled to perfection. They melt in your mouth with full of juicy and flavorsome texture. Perfect with a fresh coriander and mint chutney.

To serve:                                                                                                                                                                         Microwave Oven: Place the kababs upright and DEFROST for 3 to 5 minutes until they are hot. Do not defrost them on room temperature. ONLY use the defrost mode for perfect result.
OR
Frying Pan: First place the kababs in the refrigerator to defrost them, then fry in a frying pan with little oil. Turn sides in between.
