Due to the nature of frozen food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.
